The flat is in a gorgeous, quiet Victorian building and has a big private patio garden, as well as a large park-like communal garden at the back.

It is located just over 5 mins from the seafront and 3 mins from the lovely St Leonard’s gardens.

Available on a weekly or monthly basis.

I have a preference for:
- someone who works outside the home (as I work from home all day)
- Shorter stays (say up to 2 - 3 months)
- Mon - Fri rentals, for a lower price

But willing to be flexible for the right person.
