Large double room with own bathroom

Large double bedroom with built in cupboard and own bathroom; the bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door and is for your sole use!
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a really nice friendly building with a sea view which you can see from the living room.
There is a very large shared living room and a kitchen with a washing machine. If you drive there is always free parking on the road outside. The room can come part furnished with a bed and mattress or completely unfurnished it is up to you :)
I also have 2 cats who are very playful and cute!
