Large bright double room with en suite and large walk-in wardrobe for rent in our victorian house which is located 3 minute walk from the sea front of St Leonards-on-Sea and there is a great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Warrior square train station is less than a 5 minute walk and Hastings pier and town is an easy stroll.


The room is for 1 person - a bright room with views over the garden and has a large wardrobe and En-suite/Shower.
Very large shared lounge/diner.
Kitchen and fairly large garden.

Bills are £100 for everything. Gas, Electric, wifi, water, council tax.

Sorry but must not work from home full time or have a pet

We have David, 58., works in manufacturing. Likes rock, rave, blues, country not western, pubs, walk, live music, films.
