Do you want a friendly home and not just a room in a house?
We are looking for a sensible, friendly, and considerate housemate with a good sense of humour to join our safe and fairly quiet home.
The newly-available room is on the second floor. It is clean, brightly decorated and spacious, with modern, white furniture.
On the same floor is a bathroom (shared with two other housemates) and a convenient 'breakfast nook' (sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave), perfect for making hot drinks and snacks.
There is also a kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped with a washing machine, freezer, microwave, hob and large air fryer. All kitchenware, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The kitchen leads into a bright conservatory/dining room, with doors to a quiet patio featuring seating, plants, and a small table.
If you love the sun, we also have a south-facing 'suntrap' roof terrace, accessible from the first floor.
A convenient additional WCis on the first floor.
Our house is situated on a side street, a short walk from Warrior Square station, bus stops, shops, banks, cafes, takeaways and the seafront.
Free street parking is available from 4 pm to 11 am (Mon-Sat) and all day Sunday.
The rent covers utility bills, Council tax and superfast broadband and Wi-Fi.
This is a happy, safe, and fairly quiet shared house that is home to one affectionate cat. Housemates are generally focused on our individual projects, but we all friendly to one another and have a chat and a laugh.
