This is a happy, safe, friendly and fairly quiet shared house with one affectionate cat.

The house is in a side street close to shops, buses, banks, cafes and takeaways. Five mins to the seafront and Warrior Sq railway station.
On the 1st floor there is another WC and basin, and access out to the south-facing, suntrap roof terrace.
On the ground floor is a kitchen, equipped with washing machine, freezer, microwave and airfyer. This leads through to the bright conservatory/dining room, with doors out to the patio garden which has a tree, a few pot-plants, seating and a small table.
We seeking one clean and tidy, mature person. No objection to a well behaved child or respectful friend staying over now and again.
Current housemates work from home in their own rooms. We are fairly quiet but also love a chat and a laugh.
Street parking is free from 4pm to 11am Mon-Sat and all day Sunday.
We have a set of house rules which you must agree to and sign. They forbid the use of recreational drugs, or drunkenness.
