Garden annex

The accommodation is part of an Edwardian villa and although you would be a lodger your place is self contained.

You would have a large double room as well as use of annex. You would have your own bathroom and kitchen and garden.
Your heating bill would be managed separately, as the water heater in the annex runs on it own meter. I pay the council tax (band A) for both properties. The place is very near the sea and St Leonards station.
It would suit a quiet professional, teacher, creative or medical practitioner for example, but this Isn't essential of course. Anyone who wants a nice quiet place to live wold be welcome.
I have 2 cats who can be kept out of your space unless, you want to see them.
