Single room to let in family home.

Looking for a professional to rent a room in our young family home who will respect the routine of our children.
Must be quiet, clean and friendly. DBS desirable. Due to the nature of this let (short term and children in the property) no visitors/partners permitted.
Should any issues arise during the let (rules not being followed) the verbal agreement will be terminated with immediate effect.
No smoking or drinking in the property, no drugs, disorderly behaviour or shouting. We are a working family who cherishes quiet evenings and slow weekends. We are going wanting the room to be let to someone with a similar way of life to us.
