Walk straight out into the woods of Stanmer Park, or onto the South Downs.

Walk through the woods to the Universities, Stanmer Organics, Stanmer village, One Garden

35 minutes walk through the woods, or a few minutes drive, to Falmer station (to Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne, Newhaven et cetera). 10-20 minutes walk-through fields for various bus stops into Brighton.

20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive to Asda supermarket plus other outlets in Hollingbury retail park.

This would be ideal for someone who wants their own space, close to nature but also accessible to town, shops et cetera.

We are looking for someone we can get along with as it’s in the garden of our little cottage – leading our own lives but helping each other out when needed, good neighbour style!

We are a friendly couple in our 50s with two young adult children who come and go, and a cat and dog who love giving and receiving attention!

It is a beloved vintage vehicle so we are also looking for someone who will love and appreciate this and take good care of it.

This is a peaceful place, so not suitable for a party lifestyle!

It is only suitable for one person. Unfortunately no pets as we have a dog and cat ourselves – both very friendly so an animal lover a bonus. Preferably a non-smoker, but in any case absolutely no smoking in the vehicle.

Constant hot water, Council Tax, Wi-Fi all included. It has its own boiler. Electricity for heating included for reasonable use.

Available from beginning of November. £800 per calendar month inclusive. One month’s rent in advance plus £600 deposit. Minimum 3 months.
