Large, quiet, en-suite bedroom available in beautiful home in Stanmer Village. The spacious modern property has three floors. Two children live at the property half of the time. The ground floor is where the children have rooms. The 1st floor is a very large open plan kitchen, dining room, living room scenario. The 2nd floor consists of two private en-suite bedrooms. There is a real feeling of privacy and peace and quiet on the 2nd floor. The room itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. There is a large built-in double wardrobe and a desk. En-suite has WC, sink and shower. The other bedroom on the second floor is occupied by a 23 year old Spanish female who is a part time au pair. I am a professional musician and sometimes work away on tour.

There is a train station 15 minutes walk which has regular trains to Brighton and Lewes (every 10 minutes). There is an hourly bus service into Brighton 2 minutes from the front door (25 mins to city centre). University of Sussex is a ten minute walk through the woods. The village itself is very small but boasts a cafe, garden centre, restaurant, farm shop, horse stables, museum, sauna, wellbeing gardens, and varied other interesting eco projects and similar in the surroundings. It is a uniquely beautiful place with a friendly and welcoming community. It would suit someone who loves nature and peace and quiet but who wants quick access into Brighton. Perhaps someone studying or working at University of Sussex due to the proximity. It is a 15 minute drive into central Brighton.
