I mainly live overseas but come back 1-2 times per year. My student son is currently residing in the 3rd/smallest bedroom

The property has 2 double furnished bedrooms available

A large kitchen and a large living/diinng area which is rarely used by the existing tenant (ie my son, the student)

There are currently pets in the home however in all likelihood they will not be present once 2 tenants take residency here, unless it is requested they stay by new tenants. We currently have a cat and 2 cages of rats.

We are in the process of moving overseas and would like to keep our student son settled, he is self sufficient, and has his own funds.

This is a large furnished property with off street parking. We will continue to make all utility/council tax payments
