Room available for student from September

This room would suit a student who wants somewhere to live term time only but could store belongings during the breaks. The house is comfortable, it has a kitchen/diner with all amenities and broadband. I have a daughter and son at university who ce home to visit during term time. I also have two cats. It's on the number 50 and 50U bus route and backs on to woods and open down land. The room is double with desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelf. Please get in touch with any questions.
