A converted garage annex

We offer a converted garage annex room in Stone Cross near Eastbourne. It is for a single occupancy only. The room has independent access and en-suite facilities (toilet, electiric shower), as well as an electric heater, a sofa-bed (double), a microwave, and an electric kettle. You will be welcome to use our family kitchen and washing machine in the main house, and also our small garden.

£500/month plus council tax share, other bills included

There is a regular bus connection to central Eastbourne and Hailsham, but you will be more comfortable with a car. You can use the driveway to park or park off-road nearby.

I am a professional woman working from home and living with my 15yo son and a large dog. You must love dogs if you would like to rent with us. Our dog is very loving and affectionate but he is young and can be boisterous and playful. My family also visits weekly.

We would love to welcome a responsible and reliable tenant. A written contract will be offered.
