A converted garage annex - short term let only

We offer a converted garage annex room in Stone Cross near Eastbourne. It is for a single occupancy only. The room has independent access and en-suite facilities (toilet, electiric shower), as well as an electric heater, a sofa-bed (double), Wi-Fi, a microwave, and an electric kettle. You will be welcome to use our family kitchen and washing machine in the main house, and also our small garden.

£155/week, bills included. The room is only available on a month-to-month basis with fortnightly payments as the house is on the market.

There is a regular bus connection to central Eastbourne and Hailsham, but you will be more comfortable with a car. You can park off-road nearby.

I am a professional woman working from home and living with my 18yo son and a large dog. You must love dogs if you would like to rent with us. Our dog is very loving and affectionate but he is young and can be boisterous and playful. My family also visits weekly.

We would love to welcome a responsible and reliable tenant. A written contract will be offered.
