Spacious Double Room with En-Suite

Hi,

Myself and my partner are renting out our spare double room with en-suite.

We are looking for a social, professional female or Male.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table.

There is also an en-suite with a shower.

There are SKY TV points in the room but own TV will be needed. The Sky TV contract payment will be an extra £12. 50 a month.

We have a living room which you are welcome to use. Kitchen has all the amenities you will need - Washing machine & dryer, dishwasher.

All bills are included, accept food.

We also have a cat so please don't respond if allergic or dislike of cats. She is very friendly.

We are located in Stone Cross, Eastbourne which is a 10 minute drive from Polegate station.
