Balcony and Seaview-Short Term let till 31st March

Hi everyone a double room available in my 2 bed flat with a beautiful sea view from the living room Short Term Let until 31st March.
I'm looking for someone laid back, quite tidy, vegetarian friendly(I am a veggie, don't mind meat eaters).
Anyone into any of the following I will get on well with Travel, Tennis, Disney, rock music, mowtown, Sci Fi, Scooby Doo, Retro video games, Dogs, Walking, Hiking, Meditation, international development, philosophy, Netflix.

Person has to be pet friendly as my Girlfriend stays once/twice a month for a long weekend and has a Labrador.
Room comes with a double bed, very large 3 door wardrobe, Desk and Chair. Flat is opposite a bus stop 20 minutes to the centre of brighton, walking access to the south downs. 2 nice pubs within 5 minutes walking distance.
