Peaceful Location Near Brighton

Looking for a female flatmate to rent out a room in a two bedroom flat for 2 months initially and can be extended. A rent on a weekly or weekend basis is possible.
A furnished double room with own entrance. Clean and tidy. Wardrobe and a shared small storage.
A shared living room with an open plan kitchen and shared bathroom.
The living room has beautiful views to the sea.
Electricity bills will be shared half -half and will be around £35-80 per person a month depending on spending habits and the season. All other bills are included.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I work from home. I'm friendly, open to a chat but respectful of your own space too.
The location has good bus connection with Brighton and Newhaven.
15-20 min to Brighton Marina and Kemptown, 25-30 min to Brighton station.
Non-smokers please. Vape is OK (TBC with the flatmate). No pets, sorry for the inconvenience. Cooking friendly kitchen. Quiet hours between 9/10pm- 6/7 am (no music or long loud cooking but it's OK to use the shared space for a quick and considerate quiet heating up of food or shower during quiet hours). Guests upon agreement. No loud parties
