Peaceful Location Near Brighton

Looking for a female flatmate to rent out a room in a two bedroom flat. A rent on a weekly or weekend basis is possible. Open to very short rents.
A furnished double room with own entrance. Clean, cute and tidy. I addition to the own wardrobe, there's a shared small storage space.
A shared living room with an open plan kitchen and shared bathroom. It has beautiful views to the sea.
Electricity bills will be shared half -half and will be around £35 - £50 per person a month depending on spending habits and the season. All other bills are included.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I work from home. I'm friendly, open to a chat but respectful of your own space too.

The location has good bus connection with Brighton and Newhaven.
15-20 min to Brighton Marina and Kemptown, 25-30 min to Brighton station.

Non-smokers please. Vape is OK (TBC with the flatmate). No pets, sorry for the inconvenience.
Cooking friendly kitchen. Quiet hours between 9/10pm- 6/7 am (no music or long loud cooking during quiet hours but it's OK to use the shared space for a quick and considerate quiet heating up of food, eating or shower during quiet hours). Guests upon agreement. No loud parties
