Double room Short Term Let 2 Months

Hi I have a nice fully furnished double room to rent with a bit of a sea view. There is a shared bathroom but also have my own upstairs so its mainly shared with my other lovely lodger. The house has a really big open plan living room and kitchen with all the usual mod cons, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.
Bills are included and there is fast wifi too.

The house is near local shops and 2 nice pubs. 2 min walk to bus stop and beautiful cliff walks. 15-20 mins access to Brighton by bus or 10 mins by car. Off road car parking can be available.
