Light & Bright Lovely Double Room

Lovely well furnished double room available now for a short let of 3-4 months.  This room is for single occupancy only and I’m  looking for an easy going considerate non- smoking female who is working full time.  You need to be dog friendly as my daughter’s dog is often staying with me . The room has centralheating , wooden flooring; a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.   The local buses 14 and 14b is just 3 minutes walk and at the  bottom of the road (10 minutes walk) there are numerous buses that go into Brighton and to Eastbourne in the opposite direction.  The rent of £600 per calendar month includes all bills - electricity, gas, water, and wifi.  A deposit of £250 is payable.  References required.  Please feel free to contact me should you need any further information.
