The room is approximately 3.5 mtrs X 6 mtrs. It has a fitted double wardrobe, double bed, sofa, desk and chair, radiator 4 double plug sockets and a TV aerial socket.

There is a shower room which is shared with one other lodger.

Shared large kitchen diner, utility room, and garden.

The utility room has two washing machines two tumble dryers and a sink.

Less than 5 minutes walk to village shops and post office. Hawkhurst approx 3 miles has a Tesco and Waitrose supermarket's.

Bus stop approx 50 meters from front door; To Wadhurst, Wadhurst station and Tunbridge Wells station or Hastings via Hawkhurst.

A bit of extra reading for you (not compulsory)

I like a happy easy going relaxed atmosphere don't have to make conversation every time we see each other a simple Hi or a polite Grunt will suffice, having said that there can be up to four of us in the house and we all have to get along, if you are a grumpy miserable person this is not the place for you! I would like you to consider this to be home. Your room is your sanctuary and will be respected as your private space. The shower room obviously needs to be kept clean by both you and the other person using it, I will keep an eye on the cleanliness and if necessary clean but bear in mind this is not part of the deal.


The house is old and grade II listed so don't expect perfection, just loads of character (lived in look)
