Double bedroom

One months rent and deposit to be paid upon signing of contract. The room is partly furnished but the tenant may bring their own bed etc. There is a large walk in cupboard/wardrobe suitable for clothing and storage, , chest of drawers, desk and chair, bookcase/ shelving unit and a mirror. You will have a shared bathroom with one other person. We have our own bathroom. There is a shop very close by. also bus stops and nearby train station. We have good parking too. The bedroom looks out over the back of the house so it is very quiet. and has far reaching views over the countryside. You have use of the kitchen and a separate microwave and fridge freezer for your own personal use. Washing machine also although there is a launderette just up the road. We have dogs and cats but keep all areas very clean and mostly separate from tenants.
