A listed property in central Uckfield, to the north of the town on the High street. A non smoking professional male or female. The area is self contained away from the main private living area, with a shower room and toilet. The shower room would occasionally be shared with one other Airbnb guest who would occupy the second room. There is a communal area for the preparation of simple microwave meals. There is no other area for the preparation of meals, and no cooking in the room allowed for safety reasons. There is also a small fridge for basics, and a freezer space. The bedroom has adequate electrical sockets, along with installed TV socket point. £500 per calendar month, and deposit along with references please.
