Use of all communal areas, dining room, lounge (with sky), kitchen and garden. I love cooking and I spend a fair amount of time at home so it would be nice to be able share the occasional meal or a friendly glass of wine!
Rental is £600 per month and includes all bills, internet and sky. An informal agreement will be written up for us both to sign. 2 References essential. One month's rent in advance and £500 deposit. Females only please.
