Shared bathroom with only one other person. Large pleasant garden with outside lighting, seated area, pond, large 12’ shed, large gas bbq, dinning table and heat lamp. Also a 7 person hot tub!

All mod cons include washer, dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave , ninja foodi, omelette cooker and kitchen facilities. Lounge has 64” tv. Access to fibre fast and strong broadband and streaming apps.


The house is 10 minute walk to train station and fast train to london. Also really good bus route nearby to Eastbourne and Brighton.
Very friendly house. All working and of a mature age. My son lives in the property so would need to be child friendly although he is a charmer :) There is also Children’s climbing frame!

The room is a ln extremely large conservatory which has heating and air conditioning. There are also high quality roof and windows blind
S that deflect heat and keep the room insulated too. There is also an energy efficient heater if required.

We do have 3 very loving and warm cats in the property too. Access to a garage

I ask for a deposit of £350 and request 4 weeks notice if a house mate would like to leave. The Double room is £630 per month for one person. Couple rate is £850 per month. I also have a 7 year old son who stays at grandparents on a few nights. He also a charmer :)
