Hello there. This is a good-sized double room in an end terrace house. The room is beautiful and sunny, and being an end terrace it is quiet.

There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden. It is great as there is a front, back and side garden. There is plenty of on-road parking around the property plus a huge woodland 1 minute walk away. The train station is about 15 mins walk.

This is a no-smoking house but there is a lovely dog :-) Peaches is a golden retriever, a very chilled 3 year old as she gets plenty of exercise.

You'd be sharing with one other tenant, Simon. (Alice is the live out landlady). A relaxed gardener, owner of Peaches, great musical taste, strong penchant for coffee and loves to share the odd bottle of wine/beer.
