10 minute walk to Uckfield train station with a direct line to London or 20 minute drive to Lewes/Haywards Heath with direct lines to Brighton and London. Located in a quiet residential close. A regular bus service also operates between Brighton/Uckfield/Tunbridge Wells.
All bills included with high speed wired broadband available, plus Netflix and a bi-weekly cleaner.
I’m laid back, easy going and live with my late teenage son.
2 small hyper-allegenic friendly dogs live at property so must like dogs.
Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.
No smoking or recreational drugs in my home.
Use of own Fridge/Freezer/Microwave provided in room.

Usual downstairs kitchen equipment, washer/dryer and oven. Garden and on street parking.
