Table and chair (sorry, photo shows it covered with my sewing which I will remove of course) sofa, work area, spacious. Kettle and fridge. Kitchen facilities & washing machine to be discussed. Private en-suite shower room. Own access via garage. First floor. Garage parking most of the time, otherwise secure parking in garden area, outdoor sitting space. Internet. Bills included (within reason!). Must be somebody quiet . The ad says "flat" but it is a house, owners in 70s.
