Large double room in modern, spacious house, that's
bordering open countryside yet just five minutes walk from the centre of town, with all the amenities one would expect.
I am an easy going 50 year old design professional, that is looking for a clean and tidy housemate to share the space.
I have two teenage kids that come for dinner two nights a week.

The Kitchen has a microwave (rarly used) fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher. With the use of more pots pans and cooking equipment to list.
We also have a large washer dryer, and fridge freezer.
The living space has AV/TV and Audio and the room has its own TV. and WIFI. You will have a King size double bed and a double wardrobe with draws that give ample storage.
There is off street parking and dry storage for bikes.
I am a keen cook and happy to share fine food as long as the offer is reciprocal!
