Good size Single Room with small double bed

We have a single room which is a good size, with a new small double bedThis is a house share with live in landlords. There is a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. You will have use of our lounge, kitchen and dining room. Bills are included, also WiFi. There is off road limited parking. Bedding is also included. Must be animal lovers as we do have pets, unfortunately we are unable to accept other people’s pets into our home. The rent is on a weekly basis.
We live only a five minute walk away from the train station. There is a very good bus service to Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. We are a non smoking household. Smoking is permitted outside away from the house. Our pets consist of one dog three cats two runner ducks, three chickens and one African Grey Parrot. If you have allergies then unfortunately this home is not for you. Our home is nearly 200 years old. But is on a quiet road and private.
