Cottage in Rural Wadhurst

Your room: A double room with 5 foot bed. There is a wardrobe with 2 drawers,, a desk and a wooden chairs in the room for your use, all light wood. View onto woods and trees.

Most of the cottage is painted in a soft grey (Fired Earth "Malm"), with stairs, landing and bathroom in white, flooring is cream carpet except kitchen, cream tiles, and bathroom, cream lino. Curtains and blinds are all cream in shared rooms. It's an Edwardian cottage 1. 5 miles (a 30 minute walk) from Wadhurst station, just a 15 minute drive or 10 minute train journey from Tunbridge Wells, in a generally quiet area. I want someone here to enjoy the cottage and who likes the "house culture" so you can go with the flow most times. Long garden at the back stretching up toward trees. The row of terraces is quiet, and will suit someone wanting a temporary home in a quiet neighbourhood. Use of upper part of the long garden stretching up towards trees, where there are two small but airy and pretty places to sit.

Easy parking on the usually quiet lane outside either side of the terrace of 12 cottages.
