En Suite single bedroom for houseshare

Housemate required to share a small cottage house in the Polegate area (15 min walk to train station. bedroom is best for a single bed but a double bed is possible with an ensuite sink and toilet in the room. Tidy housemate is required as living room and kitchen will be shared. Have a pet cat who is very friendly. Parking is available right outside the house and spaces always available.
