The property is situated in wannock village at the foot of the south downs. Surrounded by countryside there are stunning walks to the Long Man of Wilmington, Jevington Village, Friston Forest and even the Seven Sisters which is a short drive to the top of the road.

I am a live in landlord but travel around the world with work so am rarely at home. The house is a 10 minute walk from the local bus route into eastbourne and local train station at Polegate with links to London and Brighton.

Double bedroom comes furnished and all bills included.
