Double room in a quiet residential house

We are a gay male couple with an elderly Labrador, we like company but also enjoy our own space.
The room is a double room with a good quality king size bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside draws. There’s shared use of the house bathroom and kitchen, access to a good size garden with outside dining area and patio. There is plenty of roadside parking in our quiet cul de sac location.
The train station is 1 mile from our home and there is a frequent bus service into Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.
