Double furnished Bedroom with large garden

Furnished double bedroom. The house has views of the Downs & Coast, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large garden with a fire pit, plenty of free on street parking.

Paul and I are in our early 50s, we live in the house with Benji our cavapoo, and 2 housemates. One of our housemates will be leaving early January 2020, so we’re looking for another person to share our space.

We are looking for a person to share our home. We all work, our adult children visit regularly, it’s a family/sociable house, it can also be a quite tranquil place to be.

we live at the beginning of Woodingdean there are shops, petrol stations, takeaways, community centre, medical centre & small library all within a short walk. Good public transport via buses, number 2 & 22 ( takes you direct to Brighton railway station). Buses takes approx 20 mins to get into centre of Brighton, similar time to railway station. There is also a direct bus to the Sussex university and Falmer site of Brighton University.

We are ideally situated for easy access to the A27 & A25 leading to motorways.
