Self-Contained Garden Studio/ en suite Bathroom

We have recently finished building this cosy, private, self-contained garden studio with a big double room and a lovely en-suite bathroom. It is furnished and everything in it is new.

It is well insulated and well heated. It would be ideal for someone looking for somewhere quiet to stay.

We are 1.5 miles from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, 4 miles from Brighton University and Sussex University and 3 miles from Brighton town centre. We have space for parking. The bus stop, with links to the Universities and to the town centre, is round the corner and there are buses every 10 mins.

We are a family of 3 - my husband and I - both working full time and my daughter is studying full time. We enjoy walking, cycling and the gym. We are all vegetarian and enjoy meeting new people.

We are looking for a female student or professional 18 years or older.

You will also have use of the kitchen to cook, and a new breakfast room to eat meals.
