We have two bathrooms, central heating, and 24/7 hot water.

The room has bookshelves, built-in wardrobes, a built-in desk, and a comfy day bed, so you can sit or sleep.

Here in Woodingdean, we're on the 2 and 22 bus routes, a 15-minute journey from Brighton town centre,
or Kemptown for the hospital.
You can walk or cycle to Rottingdean or Marina. The Falmer campus is 3Miles away.
Lewes is 7 miles on the A27.
Alternatively, there's a convenient cycle route along Falmer road to Sussex Brighton campuses and onto Lewes.

This room would ideally suit a mature/Masters'/postgraduate student writing a dissertation, as it is very quiet here.
