The room has bookshelves, built-in wardrobes, a built-in desk, and a comfy day bed, so you can sit or sleep on it.

Here in Woodingdean, we're on the 2 and 22 bus routes, a 15-minute journey from Brighton town centre,
or Kemptown for the hospital.

If you have a car, there's
* free off-road parking* on the driveway. We're about 2 mins from the bus stop.
You can walk or cycle to Rottingdean or Marina.
Falmer campus is 3 Miles away.
Lewes is 7 miles on the A27.
Alternatively, there's a convenient cycle route along Falmer road to Sussex Brighton campuses and onto Lewes.

This room would ideally suit a mature/Masters'/postgraduate student writing a dissertation, as it is very quiet here.
