The house is a clean & modern, centrally heated family home in Woodingdean. We live in a safe Neighbourhood Watch area. You will have a share of TV lounge, a modern kitchen with your own cupboard, own shelf in fridge; microwave, dishwasher , and washing machine; and free Wifi. We have two bathrooms, central heating, and 24/7 hot water.

The room has bookshelves, built-in wardrobes, a built-in desk, and a comfy sofa bed, so that you can decide whether to sit or sleep!
We expect you to keep your room clean.

Here in Woodingdean, we're on the 2 and 22 bus routes, a 15-minute journey from Brighton town centre,
or Kemptown for the hospital.
You can walk or cycle to Rottingdean or Marina. The Falmer campus is 3Miles away.
Lewes is 7 miles on the A27.
Alternatively, there's a convenient cycle route along Falmer road to Sussex Brighton campuses and onto Lewes.

This room would ideally suit a mature/Masters'/postgraduate student writing a dissertation, as it is very quiet here.
