Double Room To Rent In Woodingdean

Hey I’m araminta but everyone calls me mint/ minty ☺️

I am a single (fun) mum with a 7 year old boy, he is pretty well behaved (especially during the nights so no worries there), I’m looking to rent our spare room, we are located a 10 minute drive from the university, 10 minutes drive from the county hospital too. there are plenty of buses and around 20 minutes to get into Churchill square via bus or around 10-15 minutes via car!
Woodingdean seems further on the maps to what it really is trust me! It really is a lovely area!

I am are looking for someone who will be respectful towards me having a child but I am very relaxed and laid back, would be nice to find someone I can socialise with sometimes ie have dinner together/ occasional Friday night bottle of wine!
I can be very mothering sometimes so don’t be surprised if I offer to cook you dinners along with mine or do your washing ect 😂
I love getting out and about being as active as possible whether it’s the beach, country or the pub (lol) 🥰
My son goes his dads every other weekend so I’m usually out a lot!

We have a beautiful 2 year old cat named Mabel she is very lovable and friendly 🥰

The room contains a double bed and built in wardrobe, the white drawers in the photo are unfortunately no longer in there.
