I have found this to be a lovely house-share - i have a room downstairs next to my shower/toilet facility room.
The kitchen/lounge area offers great social comfort and meets all the needs with washer & dryer utility room.
I have been very happy here. The landlady always on hand and helpful - Great garden aspect as well. L
WHERE IS IT? North Woodingdean which is East of Brighton Racecourse and Kemp Town, nestled in the downs with lovely sunsets and sea views. The area benefits from free parking, big gardens, downs location, 15 min bus ride to Central Brighton.
