Lovely bright bedroom with double bed with storage space underneath , large mirrored double wardrobe, set of draws, side cabinet, wall mounted large TV, free view, WiFi. There is also a lock on the bedroom door so you can lock the room from inside and outside the room. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other lodger, I have my own.

Live in landlady with a very friendly dog.
And 2 other lovely lodgers. Very quiet chilled household which works very well with us.

2 minutes walk to the bus stop for the number 2 bus or 10 minutes walk to the number 22 and 2 bus. Both go into Brighton centre. There is also a new bus root in Woodingdean, Bus 23 going from Cowley drive shops to See View Way, Falmer Brighton University , bottom of Elm Grove, County Hospital finished at Brighton Marina.
