Short term let

A single room available for short term let. Flat is located on the third floor and the room is sunny and bright. It has a comfy single bed, a bedside table and lamp, and a clothes rail. Sharing with one laid back mature female. I have recently moved in but it's temporary and not much furnished. I have a spare room to offer someone looking a safe and comfy place while they're visiting Brighton and the surrounding area, or needing report housing. The area is Woodingdean so it's quite and peaceful. There is a short supply of shops and other amenities but the bus stops just outside and it's a short and beautiful trip in to Brighton.
