Woodingean is a beautfiul village with stunning views of the Downs and the sea. A good selection of local shops (Tesco Express, Cafe and bakery) just 5 minutes walk away. The main bus stop is also just a 5 minute walk away. Deliveroo now delier to this area.
The town centre is easliy reached by frequent bus service. I am half Chinese and as a family we speak mainly English and a little Cantonese. Our daughers are 10 and 13. We have a miniature poodle dog who is very friendly. We are a friendly family and enjoy meeting people from all around the world. Our home is on a very quiet road, and is clean and warm. It is a happy home where everyone respects each other's space and belongings. The rent includes all bills and WIFI
Ideally we are looking for a female student. Professionals are also considered. Mainly we are looking for someone that is tidy, quiet and will respect our home.
