Room with a View

Furnished double bedroom. The house has views of the Downs & Coast, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large garden with a fire pit, plenty of free on street parking.
Although not an en-suite bathroom, the house has 2 bathrooms. Kitchen & Dining room is a great social space.
Paul and I live in the house with Benji our cavapoo. Since our kids moved out we’ve offered bedrooms on SpareRoom and met some great people to share space with.

We both work, Paul works from home, our adult children visit, it’s a family/sociable house, for the majority of the time it’s a quiet tranquil place to be.

we live at the beginning of Woodingdean there are shops, petrol stations, takeaways, community centre, medical centre & small library all within a short walk. Good public transport via buses, number 2 & 22 ( takes you direct to Brighton railway station). Buses takes approx 20 mins to get into centre of Brighton, similar time to railway station. There is also a direct bus to the Sussex university and Falmer site of Brighton University.

We are ideally situated for easy access to the A27 & A25 leading to motorways
