• £606 pcm/ 151 pw excl bills (currently on an all-inclusive bills package of £100, but will reduce to approx. £89 for next year’s tenancy)
• 1 spacious single room available
• Excellent bus routes into the city
• Looking for preferably female housemates
• 2 free parking spaces
in the house will remain 2 fourth year medical students who are looking for 2 people to replace the other 2 students leaving. 1 student has already been replaced with another, and we are still looking for someone for the remaining room. The house is full of extremely friendly and welcoming girls and are looking for 1 females to join and complete the house for the next academic year. Ideally clean, respectable individuals. The property has 2 shared bathrooms between the four housemates and a big kitchen/living room with a conservatory and free parking which requires no permit.
No council tax is to be paid provided everyone in the house are all students.
