Room to Rent in a Friendly and Quiet Home near Nuffield Hospital, Brighton

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to share my 3-bedroom home with. I work a lot (6-7 days/week) and value a housemate who cares about maintaining and improving the space we share.

If something needs attention or fixing, I’d love to have open communication so we can address it together.

About the House:

• Location: Conveniently located near Nuffield Hospital bus station, with bus routes 2 and 22 connecting you to the city center, Elm Grove, and Shoreham.
• Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with an air fryer, grill, microwave, trays, and more, perfect for anyone who loves cooking.
• Furnishings & Features: The house is semi furnished (living room yet to be completed). Your room, which comes with a desk, chair, and a double bed. Bathrooms are newly fitted, and a new boiler has been installed.
• Outdoor Space: There’s a garden, maintained by a gardener included in the rent. I’m also a fan of BBQs, especially during the summer!

Notes on the House:

• The property is undergoing slow remodeling, so the maximum tenancy is 2 years. The rented room will also be remodeled in the future.
• I aim to keep a respectful and peaceful home environment. Noise before 8 PM is fine, but please keep it quiet after that to respect our neighbors.
• A water filter is installed in the shower.
