The property has been completely modernised throughout: rewiring, new roof, new flooring, new bathrooms, and a high-quality finish throughout the house. The home is very close to the Nuffield Hospital bus stop, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby.

The room does not have an en-suite, but there is:
• One full bathroom upstairs for tenants to share,
• One downstairs toilet, and
• The landlord has a separate private bathroom, so you won’t be sharing facilities with me.
About Me:
I’m a live-in landlord, but I work 6–7 days a week in Surrey, so I am rarely at home. I’m looking for someone responsible who will appreciate the space and treat the house with care.

This is a 3-bedroom house. One room is being rented now, and a second bedroom may be rented out later, so you may share with another professional in the future.

This is a professional home, not a student or party house. It’s a family neighbourhood, so:
• No parties
• Respectful noise levels (especially after 8pm)
