Furnished room with brand new king sized bed

I have a room available for rent. Details of the room below.

-Brand new king size bed and mattress

-Full-length mirrored wardrobe
-Desk, two monitors (ideal for home working)

The room will be repainted within the next couple of weeks, prior to the room being available. If you view the room and agree to take it prior to painting it, I'd be happy to accommodate most colour preferences.

I'm in the process of revamping the patio at the rear, which I ought to have completed during summer.

My son stays with me regularly (6 days over each fortnight). He is 9 years old, and really lovely, and is really excited to have a housemate. He will be staying in my room, so wouldn't be a nuisance whatsoever.

I am a single 43 year old guy, father of two. I'm a Senior Design Engineer, generally working in the aerospace industry.

Also at the house is a wonderful chihuahua called Pig. He is 14 months old, and is really calm and charming.

Smoking is fine, just not inside the house.
