We (the owners) live upstairs. There is a front garden that we use primarily and a back garden, which the flat leads onto, is shared but rarely used by us.
The flat includes a large, lockable dog door.
It's a self contained space, there's a lockable door separating it from the main house.
Access is down steps on the side of the property.
This is a lodger agreement, not a tenancy. 1 months cancellation notice.
