The house is within walking distance of local shops, Nuffield hospital, schools and bus stops to Brighton, and Sussex University. Brighton, A27 and A23 are within easy car reach.

The room is furnished with double wardrobe, cupboard, desk, chest of drawers, small double bed with storage underneath, bedside table, comfortable desk chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, microwave and a large range cooker. There is a large common area, conservatory and garden. At the front of the house there is parking for 4/5 cars and plenty of additional free parking nearby.
