It’s just me in the house and I’d say I’m friendly relaxed household and gay friendly. The house has two Loving dogs so dog lovers a must.
The downs are in front of the house and great for walking and cycling. Everyone who visits comments how nice and quiet it is.
The bus into town takes twenty minutes and historic Rottingdean is a five minute drive away.
