Looking for a Lovely Lodger again

My lodger is moving on, so once again I have a really nice light and spacious double room to rent. It is fully furnished, including bedding if required. Available to a single person looking for quiet, cosy and homely accommodation.

The house is a 2-bedroom bungalow with shared large open-plan lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom includes bath plus separate shower cubicle with electric shower. The kitchen includes plenty of own cupboard space and own fridge plus a shared washing machine, cooker, microwave, etc.

The lounge/diner has French doors out onto a patio and good-size private garden. The garden is fab, a real sun trap and great for sunbathing and BBQs or sundowners in the nice weather.

There is plenty of free parking in the street but it's also less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, with a frequent bus service (2 and 22). There is a good selection of local shops, including a Tesco Express and Co-op, but also a short hop down to Brighton Marina with more shops and a large Asda, etc. There is also easy access to the A27 to Lewes or Worthing, plus the A23 to Gatwick and Crawley.

You would share the house with me - I am quiet, clean and tidy. I like a friendly chat and even sharing the odd meal or glass of wine, but also like my own space. I am looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful and pleasant co-existence. You also need to like cats as I have a little rescue moggy.

The rent includes all bills. I prefer long-term lodgers, but am happy to consider short stays of 2 months minimum.
