Priced cheaply for the area as it will suit somebody who would like a quiet, private place to relax alone in when home, without house sharers. And can meet the following criteria:

- Out Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday mornings 9-12. Or thereabouts.
- Non smoker
- Has minimal things which can fit inside the provided furniture, so the floor and surfaces remain clutter free.
-Keep the bathroom clean
-Tends to eat out or doesn't need a traditional cooker
-Strictly no guests or pets (second person considered for £200 extra all inclusive).

Would best suit somebody who's main home is elsewhere, who just needs a base near London for work or similar. Hence the cheap price.
