The room comes with a dedicated bathroom that no one else uses. The bathroom includes a p-shaped bath & shower, sink, WC and a mirror with shaver socket.

Downstairs there is a shared lounge, kitchen and utility room with modern washing machine/dryer.

The house is located in quiet countryside and comes with plenty of parking. The room over looks the rear garden and the Colne Valley.

Marks Tey Station is 2 miles away. Stanway and Tollgate retail parks are a short drive away.

Bus stops are a walkable distance but generally the room is more suitable to a car owner.

If you've not stayed in this area before it really is fantastic: Great shopping at Stanway/Tollgate, Country walks, cycle routes, country pubs yet only a short distance from a mainline station into Stratford and the City. There is a bus service from Colchester to Halstead which can be flagged down at the entrance to the driveway.

I work within Banking and am generally working from home or in the City. I'm polite, laid back, sociable and into cycling and classic cars.
